The Parade is a landmark $70 million residential development in West Ryde, delivered by Terentius Constructions for Billbergia and Homes NSW. Comprising 150 high-quality apartments, including 30 social housing dwellings, the project is set above a three-level basement and positioned directly adjacent to the rail corridor.
The development features:
