Supported by nine basement levels and a ground floor retail precinct seamlessly integrated into the existing Rhodes Retail Shopping Centre, the project makes a significant contribution to the urban fabric of Sydney’s Inner West.

Terentius Constructions has been engaged under an early contractor involvement model, leading design and planning coordination across structural, façade, and services integration. Our approach emphasised rigorous cost control, strict compliance with DBPA and NCC requirements, and proactive stakeholder engagement to address the challenges of high-rise residential delivery.
